Troubleshoot connected accounts and adding another account

Check your AccountHub sign-in, the account or workspace you connected, and the connection limit.

Check that you signed in to your usual AccountHub account

Signing in to AccountHub and connecting Google, Slack or another service for your AI are separate steps. You do not need a new AccountHub account to add another connected account.

Use the sign-in method and account you used before, then check the connected accounts on the home screen. Signing in to a different AccountHub account can explain why earlier connections are missing.

Check the account or workspace you authorize

Add the service from the home screen and check the account shown on its permission screen. For Google, select the Google account you want to use; for Slack, select the intended workspace. Return home after connecting and check the account or workspace name.

Your Google sign-in account and the Google accounts you connect can be different. Add work and personal accounts separately as needed.

If you reach the connection limit

Each person can have up to 20 connections across all services. Disconnect an unused account before adding a new one.

Reconnecting the same account for the same service updates its existing connection without using another slot. Selecting a different account or Slack workspace counts as a new connection.

If a connection works but information is missing

Check that you connected the intended account, and name the service or account in your request. Notion access is limited to the pages and databases shared when connecting. If only some Google services work, check the permission steps in the setup guide.

If new AccountHub capabilities are missing from your AI tool list, that is separate from adding an account. Follow the tool refresh instructions for your AI in the guide.
