About AccountHub
What is AccountHub?
AccountHub connects several Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Notion and Chatwork accounts to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Muse through a single MCP connection.
Ask once — "find this week's invoices in my work and personal Gmail" or "list tomorrow's meetings from all my calendars" — and your assistant searches every connected account without you switching between them. AccountHub only reaches the accounts you approve on the connected services’ consent screens.
Who is AccountHub for?
People who juggle more than one Gmail or Slack account — work and personal, several clients or companies — and already use ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or Muse day to day.
Think of a freelancer who checks each client's Slack workspace and mailbox, or someone working for more than one company. If you have just one account per service, the official ChatGPT or Claude connectors may be all you need.
How is AccountHub different from the official ChatGPT and Claude connectors?
ChatGPT's built-in apps now handle several Google accounts for Gmail and Google Calendar, and multiple Slack workspaces, but coverage differs by service and by assistant (the comparison pages track the details). AccountHub puts several Google, Slack, Notion and Chatwork accounts and workspaces behind one connection that works the same way from ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Muse.
That lets you ask for things like "find my last exchange with Alex in both Slack and email" in one go. AccountHub also adds a shared AI memory that your assistants can write to and read from.
Where do I log in if I already use AccountHub?
Open the login page and use your previous sign-in method and account. You do not need to create a new AccountHub account to use your existing connections.
Connected service accounts
Can I manage multiple Gmail accounts with ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add each Gmail account with "+ Connect Google" on the home screen, and your assistant can search and summarize across all of those inboxes at once. The same Google accounts' calendars and Drive work too.
It can also send replies and tidy your mail — archive, move to trash, mark read or unread, star. For tidying, the assistant prepares a confirmation card, and nothing changes until you check it and press "Apply" (up to 50 at a time).
Can I search across multiple Slack workspaces at once?
Yes. Connect each workspace with "+ Connect Slack", and your assistant searches messages across every connected workspace in a single request.
It can also post to public channels and DMs. To post in a private channel, invite the AccountHub app to that channel first. When connecting, check the workspace selector at the top left of Slack's consent screen before you approve.
Which services can I connect, and how many accounts?
Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Contacts), Slack, Notion and Chatwork. Each person can have up to 20 connections in total.
Outlook and other non-Gmail mailboxes aren't supported, and neither is Facebook Messenger. With Notion, your assistant can read only the pages and databases you share while connecting.
Must my Google sign-in account be the one I connect?
No. Signing in identifies you. To use mail, calendars and other services through your AI, connect the Google accounts you want after signing in. Even the Google account used to sign in needs this separate connection.
What if an account I added is missing, or I cannot add another?
First check that you signed in to your usual AccountHub account and review the connections on the home screen. Then check the account or workspace selected when connecting and the connection limit.
Connecting AI assistants (MCP)
Which AI assistants does AccountHub work with? What about Gemini?
We document connection steps for ChatGPT, Claude (claude.ai), Claude Code, Muse, Grok, and Perplexity. For Grok and Perplexity, verification covers connection and account-list reads only; shared AI memory has not been verified.
Grok and Perplexity were checked for connection and account-list reads in Chrome on macOS, using their Web versions, on October 24, 2026 (Perplexity Pro; Grok plan not recorded). Other plans, mobile, message-body retrieval, writes, and shared AI memory setup have not been verified. Muse uses a custom connector. The connection request includes shared AI memory setup; verify reading and recording memory in new conversations afterward. They connect through MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Gemini and other MCP-capable tools haven't been tested, so we don't list them as supported. Even without an external AI, once your accounts are connected you can try similar searches in AccountHub's own chat, "Try the AI" (with a daily limit).
How do I connect AccountHub to ChatGPT, and which plans can use it?
In ChatGPT on the web, go to Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server → Create as a plugin, register AccountHub and install it. In a chat, pick AccountHub with @. The AccountHub side of the steps is on the "Connect your AI" screen and in the setup guide.
OpenAI's current documentation (checked 2026-10-08) says custom MCP plugins can use both read and write tools, but it doesn't list eligible plans. Whether you can use one depends on your account or workspace permissions and OpenAI's latest terms; in a company workspace, an admin may need to allow it. The plan note in our setup guide is based on an earlier OpenAI page (checked 2026-09-28).
How do I connect Claude or Claude Code (MCP integration)?
In Claude (claude.ai), add AccountHub as a custom connector (remote MCP). Anthropic's help center (checked 2026-10-08) says custom connectors are available on Free / Pro / Max / Team / Enterprise, with up to 1 on the free plan. On organization plans, an admin adds the connector.
In Claude Code, you connect with a single terminal command. Claude Code itself requires Pro / Max / Team / Enterprise / Console; the free plan isn't included (checked 2026-10-08).
Can I use AccountHub on a phone?
Complete the initial setup in a desktop browser. Once set up, you can use it from your phone too. The connection steps depend on your AI assistant.
What if new capabilities do not appear in my AI?
Refresh the tool list for your existing AccountHub connection. The guide has separate steps for ChatGPT and Claude. After refreshing, open a new conversation and check the capability you need.
Shared AI memory
How do I set up shared AI memory?
Follow the steps for your AI: paste instructions into Custom Instructions in ChatGPT, profile preferences in Claude, or CLAUDE.md in Claude Code. For Muse, send the setup request in a conversation to create a connector or update an existing one. In new conversations, verify that AccountHub records are read and important decisions are saved. The setup guide has a copy-ready version for each assistant.
A successful connection alone does not verify memory reads and writes. Outdated entries aren't deleted; they're marked as superseded so the newer one is read first. Entries are mainly activities, decisions and learnings, and there's also a profile type for facts about you.
How is this different from ChatGPT's Memory?
They're separate. ChatGPT's Memory lives inside ChatGPT and picks up your preferences and background from conversations automatically; AccountHub can't read or write it.
AccountHub's shared AI memory is a work journal that several assistants read and write. What gets recorded, and when, depends on your instructions to each assistant and the tool calls it makes. Each entry also shows which assistant wrote it.
What it can and can't do
What can I ask my AI assistant to do?
Search, summarize, reply to and tidy email (Gmail); find, create, change and delete events and answer invitations (Google Calendar); search files and read their contents (Google Drive); search and read pages (Notion); search and post messages (Slack and Chatwork) — across every account you've connected. Chatwork search covers up to the latest 100 messages from each scanned room, not the entire history.
For example: "Show me the three most important unread emails across all my accounts", "Book a meeting in a free slot next week", or "Find the project proposal in Drive and summarize it".
What can't AccountHub do?
It can't permanently delete email (bypassing the trash), change Gmail settings such as blocked senders or spam filters, or create, edit or delete content in Google Drive or Notion — both are read-only.
Assistants can make mistakes, so check drafts before anything is sent. AccountHub comes with no guarantee of operation, and features may change without notice. If something isn't working, see the troubleshooting section of the setup guide.
Does AccountHub support Chatwork?
Yes. Connect your Chatwork account to read rooms and messages, search messages and send messages. Search covers up to the latest 100 messages available from each scanned room, not the entire message history.
Pricing, safety and data
How much does AccountHub cost?
AccountHub is currently free to use. There's no paid plan on sale and no announced price. Nothing about future pricing has been decided, and we're not promising it will stay free forever. Paid ChatGPT or Claude plans, if you use them, are charged separately by their providers.
If you use a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan, that fee goes to OpenAI or Anthropic, not to AccountHub.
Is my data safe? Does AccountHub store my email?
AccountHub is a relay: for each request it fetches what's needed from the service and hands it to your assistant, without keeping email bodies or similar content on an ongoing basis. The exception is scheduled requests, whose records keep the subject, sender and an excerpt of matching messages. Connection credentials are stored encrypted, and AccountHub has completed Google's OAuth verification.
Your connections are tied to your sign-in and can't reach anyone else's data. You can disconnect any account from the home screen, and access stops right away. The privacy policy covers AI processing, service providers and where data is stored.
Does disconnecting also delete saved data?
No. Disconnecting deletes that connection’s credentials from AccountHub. Deleting saved records and revoking permission in Google, Slack or another provider are separate actions.
