Connect and read Chatwork
Connect a Chatwork account, then use your AI to read its rooms and the messages you need.
Before you start
Have access to your AccountHub and Chatwork sign-ins. For a company account, check whether connecting external services is allowed.
To use Chatwork through an AI, connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another supported AI to AccountHub too. Connecting a Chatwork account and connecting or refreshing an AI are separate actions.
Steps
1. Connect Chatwork in Settings
Choose the Chatwork connection in Settings → Connected accounts. Review the account and access on Chatwork’s authorization screen, allow the connection, and return to AccountHub. Check that the intended account appears in Settings.
Open account settings →2. Select AccountHub in your AI
Open a new conversation in your connected AI and select AccountHub. If Chatwork tools are missing, refresh the AI’s tool list before deleting the connection.
How to refresh the tool list →3. Choose a room from the list
Send the example below to your connected AI. Check the account and rooms, then name the room whose recent messages you want to read.
Search covers up to the latest 100 messages available from each scanned room. It is not a full-history search; no match does not prove that a message never existed.
Enter in the AI connected to AccountHub

Use AccountHub to show the rooms in my connected Chatwork account. Do not send any messages.
Check the result
Check that you get rooms from your connected Chatwork account and can read recent messages from the room you selected. A connected status alone does not verify reading.
You can verify access without sending a test message. Before later sending anything, check the target account, room, and message text.
If something goes wrong
- If a room is missing, check that the connected Chatwork account belongs to it.
- If an old message is missing, check the latest-100-message limit and search older history in Chatwork itself if necessary.
- Do not treat reading in AccountHub as a guarantee of the read state in Chatwork.
- If new tools are missing, refresh the tool list and select AccountHub in a new conversation.
