AccountHub — Connect multiple Gmail / Slack / Calendar / Drive accounts to ChatGPT and Claude

This is the AccountHub setup guide. Unlike official connectors, you can search and act across multiple accounts. The bar above always shows which STEP you're on. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

AccountHub's Google app completed Google's verification on 26 August 2026. AccountHub is currently in Founding Beta, and access is expanding gradually.

Connect your services

AccountHub — open it and sign in

accounthub.ai — open it and sign in. If it's your first visit, you'll be signed up automatically.

Open Settings and tap "Connect a Google account"

Once you're signed in, open Settings and tap "Connect a Google account". This opens the Google account picker described next.

Choose the Google account to connect

On the screen that opens, choose the Google account you want to connect. If you have more than one, connect them one at a time from the same button. Gmail, Calendar, and Drive all become available from this single connection. You can add Slack workspaces later.

Choose your access scope and continue

AccountHub completed Google's app review (OAuth verification) on 26 August 2026. Choosing an account takes you straight to the access-scope screen — the old "This app isn't verified" warning is not shown.

[Google — the first time you connect that account] If a checklist of access scopes appears, turn on "Select all" and continue if you want to use all of Gmail, Calendar, and Drive (unchecking any means some features won't work and you'll need to reconnect later).

Open Settings and tap "Connect a Slack workspace"

Go to Settings and tap "Connect a Slack workspace". This opens the Slack permission screen described next.

You can connect multiple Slack workspaces together too.

The "App is not approved by Slack" notice is also expected — it's because the app hasn't been reviewed yet.

The AI can post to public channels and DMs right away. For a private channel, you'll still need to invite the bot to it in Slack first.

Check your connected accounts

Once connected, the "Accounts" screen shows your connected accounts and which services are available. You can connect multiple Google accounts and Slack workspaces together.

Try calling it from AI

Try it in the app's "Try the AI"

Even without ChatGPT or Claude, you can ask the AI right inside the app — things like "find last week's invoice emails." Just open Try the AI and ask about the email, calendar, and Drive accounts you've connected (free).

Copy an example as-is and paste it into the "Try the AI" chat to try it.

3Step

Register with ChatGPT / Claude

This step requires a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan (ChatGPT Plus/Pro, Claude Pro, or any plan that supports MCP connectors). AccountHub itself is free — if you don't have one of those plans, STEP 2's "Try the AI" lets you do the same thing for free.

Issue your personal connect URL

Issue your personal connect URL from "Connect to AI" in the nav, using "Issue and copy a connect URL". One press issues it and copies it at the same time.

Register with ChatGPT

✓ Setup complete. Try asking your new chat things like this:

"Show me the important-looking unread email across all my accounts"
"Search Slack and email together for last week's exchange with Alex"
"Pull today's schedule from all my calendars"

🔑 Using this safely

Your connect URL is the key to your email and calendar. Never share it with anyone. If it ever leaks, you can shut it off instantly from the "Connect to AI" list at the bottom of the AccountHub screen.
You can disconnect anytime from "Accounts" in the AccountHub nav, using "Disconnect".
This is a trial tool. If anything looks off, reach out to the operator — feedback is very welcome.

AI responses have a real cost behind the scenes, so a paid plan may be introduced if this continues to be offered long-term.

Register from ChatGPT's settings as a new plugin (connector). Developer mode is available on Plus/Pro/Business/Enterprise/Edu, and the extra steps can only be done in a desktop browser (once added, you can use it from the phone/PC app too). Plus/Pro is mostly read-focused; write actions may be limited depending on your plan.

If this stays off, the plugin screen you'll see next won't show the add (+) button.
[ChatGPT] Open Settings → "Plugins" (this is the chatgpt.com/plugins page, a different screen from the one with the Developer mode toggle). Turning on Developer mode makes a "+" button appear in the top right — click it. If you can't find the "+", try typing "chatgpt.com/plugins" directly into your browser's address bar.

Clicking "+" opens the "New Plugin" screen. Set Name to "AccountHub", set Connection to "Server URL", and paste the connect URL you copied. Authentication defaults to "OAuth", so switch it to "No Auth", then check "I understand and want to continue" under "Custom MCP servers introduce risk" and click "Create".

[ChatGPT] If this is your first time, we recommend starting with the setting that confirms every action. Once you've confirmed it works, you can switch to "Allow all actions" so you're not confirming every time. Because this tool can send email and create events too, choose permissions with that in mind.

Can't find the "+" or the plugin?

Check that "Lockdown mode" in settings is off
Check that you're in a Personal workspace (a work/school workspace may be blocked by admin settings)
Try it in a regular new chat, not inside a "Project"
Force-reload the page (Mac: Cmd+Shift+R / Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R)
If it still doesn't show up, the feature may not have reached you yet (the plugin screen's location changed in July 2026, so rollout can lag by hours to days depending on your account). Wait a bit and check again.
